1. Will I need new skincare each month? What if i'm not done with last month's skincare products? 

•   Yes! Most customers use their entire 2-4 piece kit within a month, or may have a few drops left. When used everyday twice a day as recommended, your skin will soak up 2 oz over 30 days and most importantly fast track your results!

2. What if I want to change my monthly products?

• Absolutelty! Each month we send you products developed with YOUR skin formula. They can vary each month if you'd like to switch it up. For instance for moisture, you may have the 'Botanical Facial Moisturizer' for month 1, but month 2 we send you an elixir with your customized formula. You can select your preferences once we have our in depth skin health consultation call after your subscription purchase.

3. Can I skip if I'm traveling for long periods of time?

• Yes! Absolutely, you may postpone or skip anytime FREE of charge. You can control your subscription & orders in our customer portal for easy access!

4. Can I have a subscriptioln for me and my spouse? Or me and my child?

• Yes! If you're looking for a family bundle we can cater to your families needs of any size with the OYS VIP tier. Additional fees may apply depending on family size and customization needs.

5. Which tier is best for non - problematic skin?

• If you have normal-ish skin just super sensitivity & allergies, you would best pair with the 'Self Care' bundle or the OYS VIP. This tier is best for the trendy beauty enthusiasts that may not need much. 

6. Which tier is best for my middle/high schooler? 

• Our 'Self Care" tier is best for this age! It'll be great to begin skin care routine at this age and combat acne. 

7. I have severe atopic derm, skin sensitivity or allergies. Which tier is best for my problematic skin? 

• Breathe in, hold for 3, breathe out. Thats how you'll feel once you receive your anti flare up regimen customized to your skin's chemistry. The 'OYS VIP' & OYS Exclusive VIP" is for the OYS besties! Whether you have non-problematic skin and love to do skincare, or you can't get through the day without itchy irritated skin, the VIP is for YOU!
